Study on Residual Dynamic of Emamectin in Cabbage and Soil

    • Residue of emamectin in cabbage and soil was extracted by acetone/water and cleanup with LLE, and determined by normal phase HPLC equipped with UVD. The method was used to study the residual dynamic and the final residue of emamectin in cabbage and soil. The lowest detectable concentration was 0.002 mg/kg. The fortified recoveries of emamectin were 82.7%~102.0%. The results showed that in Beijing and Hefei field trial the half-life of emamectin in cabbage was 0.5 day and 1 day respectively, and the half-life in soil was 0.8 day. No residue was detected in cabbage samples.
