    Study on Residue and Degradation of Basagran M 60 in Rice Field

    • The residual dynamics of basagran M 60 (bentazone+ MCPA) in rice field were determined by HPLC.The fortified recoveries of bentazone and MCPA from water,soil, rice seeding and water brown rice were above 80%. Half-life of bentazone was 0.6~1.3,1.5~1.9 and 1.0~1.3 days in water,soil, rice seeding respectively . Half-life of MCPA was 0.9~1.3, 4.3~6.9and2.4~2.6days in water,soil, rice seeding respectively.Basagran M 60 degraded relatively fast.The final residues in soil and brown rice were all below their detectable limit of 0.004 mg/kg and 0.008 mg/kg.
