    • The mechanisms of monooxygenation and activation or degradation reaction of amide,trazine,sulfonylurea,urea and phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides catalyzed by cytochrome P450s monooxygenase were reviewed.The importance of cytochrome P450s monooxygenase-dependent metabolisms were discussed.
