    Indirect and Non-competitive ELISA for Quantitative Analysis of the AChE from Topmouth Gudgeon

    • Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) was purified from the brain tissues of topmouth gudgeon (Pseudorasbora parva) by PEG 2000/phosphate salt with two phases extraction, DEAE-Sephadex A-50 and Sephadex G-200 chromatography, and rabbit anti-AChE antibody was made. Using rabbit anti-AChE antibody reacting with the brain AChE of topmouth gudgeon, indirect non-competitive ELISA was established to quantify the brain AChE of topmouth gudgeon. The method was easy to operate with high sensitive. The establishment of the method will be helpful for environmental pesticide science.
