Synthesis and Biological Activities of Urea Derivatives Containing 2-imidazolidine

Ten substituted phenyl urea derivatives containing 2-(nitroimino )imidazolidine were synthesized from substituted phenyl isocyanate. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassay showed that the inhibitory rate of compound 3 to Digitaria sanguinalis reached 64.5% at 0.1 kg/hm2, and lethal of compound 6 to Aphis craccivora Koch reached 67%.
