HT Synthesis and Fungicidal Activity of N-Methoxylcarbamates Containing 1,2,4-Triazole and Oxime Ether

Abstract
Eleven novel N-methoxylcarbamates containing 1,2,4-triazole and oxime ether group were synthesized from (Z)-1-substituted phenyl-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-ethanoxime and methyl N-methoxy-N-(2-bromomethylphenyl) carbamates. All compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, LC/MS and elemental analysis. The results of preliminary fungicidal tests in vitro showed that some compounds prossessed fungicidal activities inhibiting Gibberella zeae, Pyricularia oryzae and Botrytis cinerea at the concentration of 50 mg/L. The inhibitory ratio of V4 and V11 against P. oryzae were 96.5% and 96.7%, the ratio against B. cinerea were 95.9% and 90%.
