Study on Determination Method of ZJ0702 Residuein Rape Seed and Soil by High-performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract
A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of ZJ0702 residue in rape seed and soil has been established. The average recovery of the method varies from 83.9% to 94.7% and the relative standard deviation is less than 7.9% when the samples are spiked at 0.1 ~5.0 mg/kg. The minimum detectable concentration of ZJ0702 in the samples of rape and soil is 0.1 mg/kg. The method applied to trial of ZJ0702 residue in rape is characterized by simplicity, higher sensitivity and accuracy. The degraded dynamic of ZJ0702 residue in soil indicated that the half-lives were 24 and 46 days respectively in Hangzhou and Kunming. And the residue of ZJ0702 in rape seed is less than 0.1 mg/kg.
