Synthesis and Bioactivity of1--propan-1-one-oxime Derivatives

In search of pesticide leading compound with new type of structure, fourteen novel 1-(4-chlorophenyl) propan-1-one oxime derivates were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay showed that this kind of compounds presented insecticidal and herbicidal activities. The mortality of Ⅴi, Ⅴe and Ⅴh to Culex pipiens pallens at the concentration of 50 mg/L reached 100%.
