Abstract
The plant elicitor can induce systemic acquired resistance in the treated plants against following pathogen attack. Several plant elicitors, such as benzothiadiazole, 2,6-dichloroisonicotinic acid, β-aminobutyric acid, salicylic acid and its derivatives and other plant elicitors which can induce resistance are particularly presented. The modification on structures of the main plant elicitors and their induction of systemic acquired resistance were discussed.
