The Preliminary Study of Transportation and Accumulation of Triadimenol in Soybean Seedlings Induced by Indoleacetic Acid

    • The O-triadimenol-y l indole-3-acetate 1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) butan-2'-yl 2-(1H-indol -3-yl)acetatewas applied on soybean seedlings at concentration of 0.5 mmol/L through solution culture and spraying. The contents of triadimenol and O-triadimenol-yl indole-3-acetate in foliage, stem and root were detected by chromatography in different time. The results showed that the O-triadimenol-yl indole-3-acetate was an ambimobile fungicide and could accumulate in the root of soybean seedlings. But the O-triadimenol-yl indole-3-acetate was easily to degrade into triadimenol in the leaves and stems of soybean seedlings.
