Effect of Homologous Assay and Heterologous Assay on the ELISA Detective Sensitivity and Specificity

The detective sensitivity and specificity of homologous assay were compared with heterologous assay on MCPA. And the recognition mechanism of antibody was discribed. The result showed that heterologous assay, especially heterology in structure of hapten would largely improve the sensitivity of ELISA assay. And there was no efficiency difference in specificity for the analogous compound.
