    Synthesis and Biological Activity of Oxime Ethers Containing Indanone

      Abstract
    • Ten oxime ethers containing indanone were synthesized by Friedel-Crafts reaction, cyclization, oximation, etherification. All novel compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, LC/MS and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay results showed that some compounds had obviously fungicidal or insecticidal activities, for example, the inhibitory ratio of compound V1 against Erysiphe Graminis was 95.6%, while the fatal ratio of compound V5 against Mythimna separate was 100% at the concentration of 100 mg/L.
