    Synthesis and Fungicidal Activity of N-(1,3,4-Oxadiazol-2-yl)-N'- 4-bromo-phenoxyacetylthioureas

    • A series of N-(1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)-N'-4-bromo-phenoxyacetylthioureas were synthesized used substituted 2-amino-5-aryl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles reacted with substituted acetylthiocyanoester which obtained from p-bromophenoxyacetic acid. Their structures were confirmed by IR,1H NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay showed that the compounds synthesized had fungicidal avtivities.The inhibition rate of all the compounds to Rhizatonia solani and Botrytis cinereapers could reach 85% at the concentration of 50 mg/L.The inhibition rate of some compounds to B.cinereapers were 100% at the same concentration.
