Synthesis and Bioactivity of Phenylpropan-1-one Oxime Carbamate Derivatives

In search of novel pesticide compound with high bioactivity,nineteen phenylpropan-1 -one oxime carbamate derivatives were designed and synthesized by the reaction of 3-substituted amino-1-arypropan-1-one oxime with carbamate.The structures of all novel compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and elemental analysis.Preliminary bioassays showed that some compounds exhibited certain bioactivities.The mortality of c11 to Aphis craccivora was over 90% at the concentration of 500 mg/L ;The mortality of c16 and c17 to Tetranychus cinabarinus was 100% at 1 000 mg/L.
