    Synthesis and Fungicidal Activities of N-(5-Aryl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-N′-4-fluorobenzoxyacetylthioureas

    • In order to search compounds with better fungicidal activity,ten new N-(5-aryl-1,3,4-(thiadiazol)-2-yl)-N′-4-fluorobenzoxyacetylthioureas were synthesized from the start material of 4-fluorobenzoxyacetic acid.Their structures were confirmed by IR,MS,1H NMR and elemental analysis.The results of preliminary biological test showed that some of these compounds had good fungicidal activity. The inhibition rate of most compounds to Botrytis cinereapers and Gibberella zeae could reach 60% at the concentration of 50 mg/L.The inhibition rate of two compounds(Ⅱ_a and Ⅱ_c)to Gibberella zeae were 90%.
