Study on Effects of New Fungal Activator Protein on Physiological Characteristics of Pea Seedlings

    • In order to approach the mechanism of enhancing plant growth by new fungal activator protein, the influence of activator protein with different concentration on physiological characteristics of pea seedlings was studied.Compared with control after 7 d treatment with 1,2 and 5 μg/mL activator protein, root activity of pea seedlings was increased by 46.0%,58.5%and 21.0%,and nitrate reductase activity was increased by 64.38%,140.62%and 35.31%,respectively.Compared with control after(15 d) treatment with 1,2 and 5 μg/mL activator protein, the content of chlorophyll in leaves was increased by 13.69%,18.49%and 6.16%,the content of soluble sugar was increased by(20.68%),(32.03%) and 17.28%,and the content of soluble protein was increased by 18.59%,32.05%and(22.10%),respectively. In conclusion, after plants were treated with activator protein of different concentration, the physiological indexes related to plant growth were all enhanced in different degree, and the effect of 2 μg/mL activator protein was of best efficiency to the plant.
