    Primary Study of the Inhibiting Mechanism of 2-Allyl Phenol against Phytopathogenic Fungi

    • Effects of fungicide 2-allylphenol Yinguo on Botrytis cinerea,Valsa mali and Rhizoctonia cerealis in PDA-media amended with fungicide Yinguo were tested.The results showed that mycelia growth and conidia formation of B.cinerea were inhibited by Yinguo,sclerotia formation of B.cinerea and Perithecia formation of V.mali were promoted by Yinguo.The vacuoles in cytoplasm of mycelia treated with Yinguo were increased significantly observed under electron microscope and the walls of mycelia were thickened,the vesicles of mycelia of Valsa malis nears endoplasmic reticulum were increased.
