Abstract
Stomach' large volume direct injection (LVI) combined with selected ion monitoring-mass spectrometry (SIM-MS) to detect organophosphorus pesticide residues in rice was introduced. In the process, the influence of rice matrix on signal/noise (S/N) of 14 pesticide residues were studied.A method that detected 9 organophosphorus pesticide residues in rice with SIM-MS was established. The limits of qualititation (LOQ) of 7 pesticides were 4.0~10.0 μg/kg,the recoveries were between 67%~106% and the RSD were mostly less than 20% (n=6).
