Research Advances in the Toxicity of Synthefic Pyrethroid Pesticides to Mammal Nervous Systems

The research advances of synthetic pyrethroids (SPs)in the toxicity to mammal nervous systems were reviewed.SPs are widely used in both agricultural and urban environments for insect control.Some studies showed that SPs display toxicity to wildlife and human nervous systems.It may cause acute and chronic neurotoxicity to mammal,and the stereoisomeric structure of SPs affects mammals neurotixicity.There was some enantioselectivity of SPs in acute and chronic neurotoxicity to mammal.
