Synthesis and Insecticidal Activity of a Novel Pyridine-heterocyclic Thiophosphate Compounds

In search of novel compounds with high bioactivities,a series of pyridine-heterocyclic thiophosphate compounds were synthesized in CH2Cl2/H2O system catalyzed by tetrabutyl ammonium bromide. All compounds were confirmed by 1 H NMR,13C NMR,31P NMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis. The bioassay results show that the compounds have good insecticidal activity.The LC50 value of compound 3a against Aphis medicaginis Koch and 3c against Mythimna separata were 1.64 and 0.73 mg/L, respectively. The control effects were equal to the treatment of chlorpyrifos.
