The Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of α-Benzylcyclododecanone Oxime Esters

Twenty-two novel compounds of α-benzylcyclododecanone oxime esters were synthesized by the acylation of α-benzylcyclododecanone oxime.Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR spectral data and elemental analysis.The preliminary bioassay results showed that BWZ15 had inhibition rate 72.70% and 54.98% against Digitaria sanguinalis and 85.04% and 81.91% against Abutilon theophrasti at the concentration of 100 and 1 mg/L,the IC50 value for D.sanguinalis and IC90 value for A.theophrasti of BWZ15 were 0.49 and 1.90 mg/L,respectively.
