Advances on Microbial Surfactant and its Application

Microbial surfactant is a high surface active agent produced by microorganism.Compared with chemical surfactant,microbial surfactant has low toxicity to ecological system,in addition it is easily biodegradable.Screen of microorganism producing certain microbial surfactant,chemical structures and properties,producing technology and its applications in agriculture were reviewed in this article.The future development of microbial surfactant in agriculture was prospected.
