Synthesis and Biological Activities of the Conjugatesof Acetylsalicylic Acid with Fungicide

The conjugates of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) with thiabendazole,triadimenol and hymexazol were synthesized .These conjugates had higher toxicities against Rhizoctonia solani than the initial fungicides.Comparison with SA,the ASA-hymexazol conjugate was applied to soybean foliages to evaluate whether the conjugate could induce the increase of the activity of peroxidase The results showed the ASA-hymexazol conjugate had the similar inducing POD activity to SA in soybean foliages.
