Abstract
The soil fumigant chloropicrin is effective on the prevention and control soil disease. Chloropicrin in vegetables and fruits was determined by gas chromatography with ECD after extracted with petroleum ether under ultrasonic. The correlation coefficient in the concentration rang at 0.008~2 mg/L was 0.999 4.The average recoveries of chloropicrin in vegetables and fruits at 0.02~1 mg/kg fortification level were 92.2% ~111% ,with relative standard deviations(RSD) of 1.9% ~7.2%.The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.008 mg/kg,and the limit of quantitation(LOQ) was below 0.02 mg/kg.The final residue of chloropicrin after pre-harvest interval (PHI) in muskmelon, strawberry, ginger, eggplant and spanich, which was treated by soil fumigation, was non-detectable.
