Synthesis and Bioactivity of Fipronil Phosphorothioate Derivatives
9 novel fipronil phosphorothioate derivatives were synthesized starting from 5-amino-1-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-3-cyanopyrazole-4-disulfide ( 1 ) via reduction and phosphoratation.The structures of all compounds were confirmed by IR,1H NMR,and MS spectra.Preliminary bioassays showed that all new compounds exhibited 100% lethal efficiency against Culex pipiens pallens at 50 mg/L.
