Screening of Inhibitory Efficacy from Different Plant Extracts to Mango Anthracnose and Study on Activity of Volatile Oil of Cortex cinnamomi

During screening of thirty seven plant extracts against Mango anthracnose Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,the extracts of Cinnamomum cassia,Syzygium aromaticum,Agastache rugosus,were found to exhibit excellent fungitoxicity,with 100% growth inhibition at 0.025 g/mL. The plant extracts also exhibit excellent fungitoxicity against the resistant isolate of C.gloeosporioides.The EC50 value of volatile oil of C.cassia to sensitive and resistant isolates of C.gloeosporioides was 98.9 and 71.2 mg/L,respectively,and the EC50 value of cinnamaldehyde to sensitive and resistant isolates of C.gloeosporioides was 98.9 and 71.2 mg/L,respectively.
