    Synthesis and bioactivity of 4-substituted-2-2-(3-(trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-vinyl)-4H-1,3,4-oxadiazin-5-one

    • 14 novel compounds of 4-substituted-2-2-(3-(trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-vinyl)-4H-1,3,4-oxadiazin-5-one derivatives were designed and synthesized through the stating material 3-(3-trifluoromethyl -phenyl)-acrylic acid.The structure of all new compounds was confirmed by 1H NMR and elemental analysis.The preliminary assays showed that some compounds exhibited significant insecticidal activity.The mortality of Culex pipiens pallens of D-2,D-3,D-4 and D-8 at the mass concentration of 50 mg/L reached 91.7% ,86.1% ,85.5% and 93.9%.
