Progress on quantitative structure-activity relationship of ecdysone analogues and the three-dimensional structure of ecdysone receptor

Ecdysteroids and ecdysone analogues have the function of regulating insects’ molting,metamorphosis and reproduction.Ecdysone analogues play important roles in agricultural production,especially in the management of Lepidoptera pests.Based on the recent researches,the progress in quantitative structure-activity relationship of ecdysone anaogues and the three-dimensional structure of ecdysone receptor is reviewed.
