Synthesis and insecticidal activity of N-cyano methyl［(benzoyl)(2-chlorothiazole-5-yl methyl)amino ethyl］sulfoximine derivatives

In search for new insecticide with high activity,broad-spectrum,low toxicity and favorable safety profile,lack cross-resistance,ten novel alkyl sulfoximine derivatives were designed and synthesized from 2-chloro-5-halomethyl-1,3-thiazole in multiple steps.The structures of title compounds were identified by 1H NMR and elemental analysis.The preliminary bioassays indicated that some of them showed moderate insecticidal activities against Myzus persicae.The compound 7-1 showed 80% mortality against Myzus persicae.
