    Synthesis and antifungal activity of novel strobilurin compounds containing 1,2,4-thiadiazole

    • Fourteen novel strobilurin compounds containing 1,2,4-thiadiazole were synthesized.The structures were confirmed by IR,ESI-MS,1H NMR.Antifungal activity test showed that the compound 7j,7k,7m,7n exhibit strong inhibiting effect against all the tested strains at the concentration of 100 mg/L,and 7i gave special effect on Fusarium graminearum with 100% inhibitation.
