    Study on key process of preparation of spinosad microsphere:Ⅰ

      Abstract
    • Spinosad was prepared into microsphere using polylactic acid (PLA) as coating material by emulsion solvent evaporation method.The effects of dispersing agents,natural light,concentration of gelatin,reaction temperature on quality of spinosad microsphere were investigated.The spinosad microsphere,whose diameter was small and evenly distributed,which has a high entrapment rate(＞98%),was prepared by the process of using 12.5 mg/mL gelatin aqueous solution as dispersing agents of the system,in condition of lucifuge and between the temperature of 30 ℃ and 35 ℃.
