Synthesis and antifungal activity of 1-(2-acyloxy-4,5-methylenedioxy) pheny1-2-methyl propylene ketones

Fourteen novel 1-(2-acyloxy-4,5-methylenedioxy)phenyl-2-methyl propylene ketones were designed and synthesized by reacting kakuol analogue 1-(2-hydroxy-4,5-methylenedioxy)phenyl-2-methyl propylene ketone which showing a higher antifungal activity with substituted acyl chloride.The structures of the compounds were confirmed by ESI-MS and 1H NMR.Antifungal activity test showed that fourteen compounds exhibit strong inhibiting effect against all the tested strains at the concentration of 100 mg/L,and 2b,2d gave special effects on Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium graminearum with 100% inhibitation.
