Abstract
Molecularly-Imprinted Polymer (MIP) for trichlorfon were prepared by using methacrylic acid (MAA) as the functional monomer,2,2'-azobis-(2,4-dimethylvaleronitrile) (ABVN) as initiator,trimethylolpropane trimethylacrylate (TRIM) as cross-linker,acetonitrile as solvent.The ratio of n (trichlorfon) : n (MAA) : n (TRIM) was 1 :8 :40.Solid phase extraction (SPE) column packed with the MIP show superior clean-up effect than normal SPE column for leek sample.Within 1.0-0.05 mg/kg spiked level,the recovery of trichlorfon from leek sample was ranged from 92.7% to 84.7% with RSD of 8.5%-4.3%.Limit of detection (LOD) of 0.01 mg/kg was achieved.
