    Synthesis and biological activity of arylamido-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid

    • Using pyrabactin which has the same receptor as abscisic acid(ABA) as the lead compound,seventeen arylamido-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid compounds were designed and synthesized by replaced 2-Picolylamine with 1-aminocyclopropanecarboxylic acid.Among them thirteen novel title compounds have not been reported in the literatures.Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR spectra and HRMS.The preliminary bioassay revealed that the most compounds showed the bioactivity of delaying germination.In particular,the compounds B4, B8 and B11 showed the better bioactivity than ABA at the concentration of 5 000μmol/L in wheat.
