    Residues of six novel insecticides in unpolished rice and soil by high-performance liquid chromatography method

    • A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was developed for the determination of flonicamid,chlorantraniliprole,methoxyfenozide,flubendiamide,chlorfenapyr and lufenuron in unpolished rice and soil.The residues were extracted with acetonitrile,and cleaned up with NH2 solid-phase extraction for unpolished rice samples (no cleanup for soil).Determination of analytes was completed using HPLC with DAD detection at 265,254 and 230 nm.The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) of this method was above 0.999 4 and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.05-5 mg/L.The fortified recoveries of these six pesticides in rice and soil samples at three levels(0.1,0.5,1 mg/kg) were in range of 84.5%-113.2%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs) less than 9.3%.The limit of detection(LOD) of the method was estimated to be 0.010-0.016 mg/kg,and the limit of quantification was 0.03-0.05 mg/kg in these samples.
