Residue analytical method of chlorantraniliprole in corn by ultra performance liquid chromatography

An analytical method to detect chlorantraniliprole residue in corn was established.The sample was extracted by acetonitrile and dichloromethane,cleaned by PSA dispersive solid-phase extraction and separated by ultra performance liquid chromatography with photo-diode array detector at 254 nm,quantified with external standard method.When the spiked levels were 0.02-1 mg/kg,the average recoveries of the method ranged from 81% to 91%,the relative standard deviation ranged from 6.2% to 14.0%,the limit of detection(LOD) was 0.02 ng,the limit of quantification(LOQ) was 0.02 mg/kg.The method was simple and reliable,meet with the requirement of pesticide residues analysis,and could be applied for determining chlorantraniliprole residue in corn.
